Customer Service Policy

STS Marine & Industrial Products is committed to providing quality products Australia Wide. We endeavour to ensure the products listed on our website are either in stock or able to be ordered in on notification.   Items with a # symbol after the product code depicts a buy in product which means this item is not something we currently have in stock.     All transactions are processed in AUD  and payments can be made by Mastercard / Visa using Secure Pay (see our security policy below) or by direct deposit .   Goods will only be shipped to your address once payment is received.

Refund Policy  

STS Marine & Industrial Products is not required to give refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, or make a wrong decision .

We will not refund any items that are cut to lengths such as rope and chain.

We will only accept refunds on orders/products when;

1.     The product is unavailable or has been discontinued.

2.      The product is faulty or doesn’t function how it is supposed to.

3.     The product received was incorrect and still in saleable condition/original packaging.  

4.    The customer is responsible for all freight costs.

All returns will only be accepted within 7 days of received order.

STS Marine & Industrial Products is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use the information to identify your orders you make from the website or in store. STS Marine uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from STS Marine only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. We do not keep a record of the IP address from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we may record your IP address for security purposes.

STS Marine uses SecurePay to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions. Confidential information including card details are encrypted using industry standard SSL 128-bit encryption technology. STS Marine has taken every care for you to securely shop with us through our secure server system and will accept no responsibility for any fraudulent credit card use.  If you have any questions regarding our security, please contact us.

Shipping Policy

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post for packages up to 20kg.  We do not ship internationally.  Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days. Heavier items and flammable goods that cannot go by Australia Post will incur a surcharge due to courier services.   Please contact us prior to your order for a quote for these itmes.
